Constance currently serves as a Morning News Anchor at NBC6 based in Miami, FL. She joined the station in February 2021. Prior to that, Constance worked at WRIC-TV in Richmond, VA as an evening news anchor for almost three years.

Constance has experience working in a number of television markets, such as New York City, Miami, Oklahoma City, and Atlanta. She went back to her home in Miami, where she had worked for nine years at the local station WPLG-TV as an anchor and reporter, as well as worked at WLRN National Public Radio in South Florida. Constance also worked at the CBS Evening News with veteran news journalist Dan Rather.
