Prior to joining the station, Jessica worked for WAFF 48 News in Huntsville where she had previously served as an intern. She also served as an intern at WSFA 12 News in Montgomery, AL while attending Mississippi State University. Additionally, Jessica received the Best Meteorologist award while she was working as an intern for Take 30 News at MSU.
In 2016, Jessica started working at KLTV 7 News, the lead television station in Tyler, TX, where she forecasted heat waves, severe weather, winter weather, and tropical systems, including Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
