Previously before joining CBS 42, Simone worked as a weekend sports anchor at KPRC 2 (NBC) in Houston, Texas for two years. While at KPRC, she primarily reported professional sports, college and high school football.
Simone is no rookie to living in Alabama. She most recently co-hosted the morning show on 95.3 The Bear in Tuscaloosa. From 2013-2014, Simone worked as a Sports Director at WALA FOX10 News in Mobile, where she covered Auburn in the BCS National Championship Game.
